Brief
Terrace houses are found throughout the older inner suburbs of Australian capital cities established in the 19th century. In Sydney. they are a distinctive house-type that give a special character to the areas in which they are found.

You have been engaged by your client to design a new dwelling for them and their partner on an existing terrace house site.

The house will:

• Reflect and celebrate the personality and interests of the client
• Be a place that is inspiring and inviting to its owners and visitors
• Be a restful and invigorating oasis in its urban environment
• Be designed to incorporate daylighting and natural ventilation to all spaces
• Designed to accommodate a collection of mid-20th century modern Australian furniture classics.
